Terms & Conditions

1. Return the items within 3 days of the receipt.
2. Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
3. Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
4. A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
5. Item must have the original packing, labels, and tags intact, the altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
6. We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
7. Return cost will be borne by the buyer.
8. In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the item at Jaipur.khl@gmail.com
9. We will replace it without any cost after examine the returned items.
